It is easy to update your herbalife india account and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’. My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions on herbalife india. What is ‘Cash on Delivery’ in payment method?

It is one of the payment methods where you make a purchase online and you pay at your doorstep after receiving the product. If someone is not comfortable with the online payment they can opt for this mode of payment. We only accept cash in COD payment mode and no card payment at your doorsteps.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, sometimes the payment is captured by payment gateway and order automatically gets confirmed within few hours. Otherwise it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

How do you ship your orders?

There are some remote areas and locations which are not served by our courier partners. Currently, we serve on PAN India level and don’t ship Internationally.

Yes, we have a setting for you to switch between these two options: Display on Hover and Display on Click.

How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?

We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad).

For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.

How long do you take to dispatch an order?

Most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.

However there are  Just in Time items which are procured from vendors on receiving your confirmation on an order.It takes 2-3 days to dispatch such orders.

Can I track my order after purchase?

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified on your registered email address (Check Spam in case it is marked as spam) and an SMS on your registered number. Email and SMS contains the link where you can track your order.

Alternatively, you can also go to ‘My Account‘ section -> ‘My Order‘ and track the shipment.

What is the general return policy on herbalife india?

7 Day Return Policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at herbalife india – you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods.Please ensure however that the product is unused and seal is intact and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.

If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will transfer payment to your bank account.

Eligibility for the Returns ?

Consumable Products with only Seal Intact / Original form are eligible for Returns. Seal Opened Products will not be accepted as returns. Products are not applicable for returns in case of issues related to rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference, mix-ability, dizziness. Please consult your doctor, dietitian or fitness trainer before consuming any product as the product results may vary from body to body.

Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any product unless it is damaged in transit.

The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

Damages due to misuse of the product

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

Any consumable item which has been used or installed

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive instructions explaining the process on email or on call, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.

How can I get my refund? I used Cash On Delivery (COD) option

Once the Product is reverse picked up and received at our warehouse, our team will connect you over the registered email address for the bank details. Once the details are provided, we will initiate the payment and will reflect in your given Bank Account in 1-2 working days.

Note: Except for Cash On Delivery (COD) refund, the amount will always reflect back via the same mode which was used while making a purchase.

What should I do when I receive courier damaged product/item?

If an item is found damaged or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at [email protected] . We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
